Implement the RISE Program to nurture resilient, innovative, service-oriented, and empowered students
Through the RISE Program (Resilience, Innovation, Service, Empowerment), students will develop resilience and innovative thinking, be encouraged to respond to community needs with a spirit of service, and realize their potential through practical experience.

Promote self-directed learning and develop students into proactive learners
Building on previous achievements in whole-person development and STEM education, further strengthen students’ abilities in self-management and inquiry-based learning, and foster a culture of active learning. -
Strengthen parent education and enhance home–school collaboration
In alignment with the Education Bureau’s parent education curriculum framework and the school’s educational philosophy, reinforce the partnership between home and school to establish a collaborative culture in nurturing students’ growth.

In the spirit of Christ, we cultivate good living habits through exercise and reading and cooperate with the Education Bureau’s 4Rs Mental Health Charter to improve physical, mental, and spiritual quality.

Actively plan school-based STEM projects, encourage students to create and practice, and enhance their interest and awareness of science and technology innovation.

In line with the core areas of the parent education curriculum structure of the Education Bureau and the school's educational philosophy, we promote parent education and jointly cultivate the healthy growth of students.
SMART Elite Program
2023-2024
This school year, ELCHK Lutheran School proudly launches the SMART Elite Program, focusing on Sports, Music, Art, Reading, and Treasure. Designed to inspire excellence, this initiative offers students numerous opportunities to showcase their talents through the SMART Elite Award system, which encourages participation in competitions. At the end of the year, the SMART Elite Angel program allows top students to support their peers, such as assisting younger classes during dismissal. Together, we aim to cultivate a vibrant community of achievers and collaborators!
5G Plan
2022-2023
The 2022-23 school year at ELCHK Lutheran School introduced the exciting 5G Plan, focusing on Grit, Gratitude, Go, Grow, and Glow. This initiative empowers students to build resilience, appreciate their blessings, take initiative, embrace personal growth, and shine in their unique talents. Through engaging activities, the 5G Plan fosters a vibrant learning environment that prepares our students for success both in and out of the classroom!
Let the Dream Fly
2021-2022
The 2021-22 school plan, "Let the Dream Fly," invites students to envision and design their ideal campus based on their daily lives and aspirations. Through collaboration, students contributed ideas that led to the creation of a prayer room and a climbing wall. These projects enhance our school environment and reflect our commitment to nurturing both spiritual growth and physical activity.
